Product Configurator for the EFACS E/8 ERP suite

Built a series of new programs for an existing ERP Suite, to allow customers to build their own product configuration systems for internal usage or web deployment, and integrated these with the existing EFACS ecosystem, including BoM and Stock Systems.

Users of Exel’s EFACs ERP suite had previously made it clear that the ability to build custom product configurators would be very useful to them. In order to fulfil this need, we built a system of applications for designing product configurator systems. This included applications for designing bill of material trees, configuring automated steps, and setting out how the final configurator should appear to users.

As part of this effort, I developed frontend and backend sub-components of this large system in Java, and strongly contributed to the meetings and discussions in which we designed the overall system.
